Nuala Quinn-Barton is the CEO of Mania Entertainment LLC, the parent company of The Film Co-Operative, and an executive, consultant and producer in the visual and entertainment arts. She is an International Partner with the World Business Angels Investment Forum (WBAF) and the International Chamber of Arts (ICA), affiliated partners of the G20 Global Partnership for Financial Inclusion (GPFI). With WBAF she supports its mission to strengthen global economic development by improving access to finance and fostering innovative investment instruments for entrepreneurs, startups, scaleups and SMEs.

Over more than thirty years she has built extensive global experience in fundraising, film development and production, financial and film packaging, casting, distribution management, talent representation, brand strategy, post-production, and film and television finance.

She holds leadership roles and board positions at several companies, including EdgyTV Luxembourg, Galatia Films LLC, Mania Entertainment UK and The Film Co-Operative LLC. She has developed strong film industry relationships in China and India, securing and managing actors, writers, musicians, singers, songwriters and composers, and has built an international wholesale, retail and online apparel, accessories and cosmetics business for major global retailers.

More recently she has focused on technology and where it is taking film: “Traditional film budgets can be halved using new 3D technology from companies such as The Third Floor and Unreal Engine, using previsualization, postvisualization and virtual reality. This arena is very exciting!” That vision now drives CineLeap, The Film Co-Operative’s production-technology platform.  In October 2026 it was announced that CineLeap, would form a strategic partnership with SP Cinecorp Cinematic Venture Ltd. the Indian content and distribution group behind SP Rupam Studios.
