CineLeap brings that discipline to filmmaking: productions are engineered up front, then orchestrated with agentic AI, so cost and schedule become predictable.

(“SP Cinecorp”), the Indian content and distribution group behind SP Rupam Studios, and CineLeap, the production-technology platform developed by The Film Co-Operative LLC, have announced their intention to build a strategic partnership spanning film distribution and production technology.

First-look partner for India
SP Cinecorp, through its distribution affiliate SP Rupam Studios Pvt. Ltd., is intended to be CineLeap’s first-look partner for Indian-territory distribution of CineLeap-produced titles, beginning with DragonMan. As each title nears release, the companies will negotiate a definitive distribution agreement exclusively with each other.

A licensing pathway for CineLeap
The companies also intend to set up a technology licensing relationship under which SP Cinecorp would implement and commercialize the CineLeap production platform in India and the UAE.
